Is looking at a raunchy pic 'cheating'?

I am a happily married man with two beautiful children. I was on my Telegram app and a woman I dated over 10 years ago must've installed the app as her name popped up as a new contact, despite no longer being in my main phone contacts.

I have not seen or spoken to her in a decade and dated her for all of a few weeks. However, I noticed her avatar was quite raunchy (showing a starred out chest/boob area, which I assume to be her, but can't be certain at all). I looked at it and dismissed it.

Then a few days later I was on the app and went to look at it again - again for only a few seconds. I am now very worried I've somehow cheated on his wife as I sought it out. I haven't spoken to this woman, have no plans to ever talk to her, and have actually deleted the contact too.

Is this cheating or over-reacting?

If your wife looked at her ex's dick pics, would you consider it cheating? It depends on the boundaries you both have. But it shouldn't be one rule for you and another for her.

Honestly I can’t imagine giving this even another second of headspace. If you feel bad about doing it because you think it might be cheating, don’t do it again. That’s it. It doesn’t need handwringing and a poll of the world.
