Dating for the first time in 30s

Any tips for dating for the first time in your 30s? Been in constant relationships since teen years. Been single for a year but feel a bit inexperienced with this stuff. Worried I may come across as earnest or intense. Probably prioritising in person connections. I have happy and active life but would like to be with someone if they were the right fit.

For me, when I’d been used to either being in a relationship - or single - dating again did feel strange: too easy to be in the mindset that you’re in a relationship again, far too early. So just try to hold back a little?
And beware - just the fact that you’re posting this shows a lack of confidence and dating experience that more predatory types will pick up on straight away. So just take your time working out if they really are the right fit, don’t be afraid of just walking away if something doesn’t feel right for you.
