As a 51 yo male about to enter the world of online dating (I thought) where better place to ask which sites suit my age and where have you had the most (or least !) success.

53-year-old woman here. I've not found much between the various sites. Lots of people are on a few of them. From my point of view, I'd recommend writing something about yourself in your profile rather than putting "Just ask" or "Fill in later".

From my experience, you'll need to develop a strong backbone and be able to handle rejection, flakiness and a lot of admin to find someone genuine and decent.

They will all suit your age, Tinder, Bumble, Match, the first 2 probably better as at least you know who matches you probably wants to chat, I wanted to like hinge, it depends on the area, I thought it was slow for matches.
