What are your opinions on this or experiences? Do you find that this is genuinely what people want or another way of saying they want casual?

In my experience it’s people who are looking to date but don’t got your preferences

I only did FB dating briefly band my so called ‘match as friends’ likes were men who smoked, were outside my age group lived miles away or were about 5’2

I wouldn’t trust FB dating or friendship if my life depended on it. There is no real accountability with OLD from any of the sites. It’s a $h*t show in my experience.
