Feeling really low. My female partner is controlling and derogatory. Our (my) daughter leaves for University in September. I plan to leave the partner knows this but will not entertain into any discussions about finances. The houses are in her name but my money. Not sure what to do. If I walk I lose everything.

Have you evidence that it was your money? You are going to have to get a solicitor to get this sorted out.

Your life will be so much better on the other side.
