Does anyone have any advice or experience on school admissions and waiting lists?
We are currently 5th place on the waiting list school in my village.
The original plan was my son was to go to the school near his dad’s house, which is about 15 minute drive from where I live, but due to a domestic violent incident and his dad being arrested ideally I don’t want him to go to that school, it’s literally a 5 min walk from his address.
Is there anything I can do or someone I should be talking to to see if it will help boost my son up the waiting list for my local school? To avoid me having close contact with his dad and family?
Police, social and marac have all been involved.
