I am thinking about ending my marriage because my husband has cheated on me and is abusive to me and is lazy doesn't work or do anything in the house while I am working 2 jobs and my mum takes the kids to school and picks them up

That’s very brave @Phone43but based on what you have said is the best idea - you, the kids and your mum deserve so much more! Can I ask whose house it is? Do you think he will leave?

springruns · 18/06/2025 06:29

How long has he been cheating on you? How did you find out?

Daleksatemyshed · 18/06/2025 08:16

Don't think about it @Phone43 get on and do it. You'll be better off on your own that with a workshy, unfaithful man

Don’t just think about it, do it. I can’t see what he brings to the relationship !

Reidwood · 18/06/2025 10:11

@Phone43 why are you putting up with husband? What kind of relationship do you want? Something where he does what he likes when he likes how he likes? Be brave and with your mums support and others move on..✊🏿

AnneLovesGilbert · 18/06/2025 10:15

That sounds like a good idea. Are you looking for emotional support or practical help?

It's in both and he has refused to move out

I don't think anyone would say you are unreasonable to do this.

I would start legal proceedings to sell the house and get divorced.

How old are the kids
