Had a breast biopsy. DM hasn’t asked how I am

Had a breast biopsy on Wednesday and told my DM that day. She didn’t seem particularly interested and has now sent me photos of her holiday and didn’t even ask how I am doing.
she complains to other people that she feels that I don’t love her. Is it any surprise?

she reminds me of my mum - where she wants people to fawn over her but has no interest in anyone else.

🤨 That's not very nice of her, is it? She sounds a bit too wrapped up in her own life to be able to consider yours.

Has she always been so thoughtless? Sometimes parents can be a let down.

Imo, parenting doesn't stop when the DC are grown up but others see it differently.
