The past is the past.

What do you want to do going forward? Make plans and work towards them.

So if you always fancied learning Italian, start looking to see if your local evening college has courses, then book for September.

Let it go xxx

Make small changes to improve your future.
I’m a list maker, I write down on my phone notes aims for the day, week, month and year. I don’t feel I’ve failed if I don’t achieve all of them, it just keeps me focussed and heading in the direction I want to be going

Perhaps you need to confront these "experiences " depending on what they are.
If they are mistakes you made forgive and be kind to yourself.
If someone did something bad to you, Perhaps therapy or exploring options that would resolve things better for you.
General life, so crap upbringing for example, be determined to be more than the product of that, one step at a time.
Once you take a step your on your journey, good luck.
