Help, I’m ruining my happiness and relationship

Any advice on how I can help boost my self-esteem?
It is beginning to drag on my relationship, as I’m constantly internally obsessing (worried & anxious) about my partner potentially preferring other women to me. It’s impacting me too much and I can’t shake the horrible thoughts.
(I know he would never cheat, he’s really not that guy. This is all in my head because I feel so rubbish about myself).

What can I do? Thank you for reading

Hello, very sorry to hear this, self esteem is so difficult sometimes.
If you can afford it get counseling. I got something called parts counseling as just talking didn’t seem to do much.
it may be something you picked up as a child, and it’s all about learning that you are not that child any more - you are an adult that’s competent and can give that bit of you that’s lacking self esteem lots of love and reassurance- as well as knowing you have a good hair cut, neat clothes etc.
but definitely counseling. It’s expensive - but so worth it for saving your relationships and mental health.
