Why don’t I just leave?

In an unhealthy relationship. We don’t agree on anything: parenting, politics, values, lifestyles, money.
We have 3 small kids. 2 in school, 1 not yet.
I know he isn’t my person. I know I deserve more. I know I would be fine without him as I do everything anyway. Financially I would be screwed but surely if if I’m this unhappy i should just leave? For the benefit of everyone? Why don’t I?
I’m just a huge coward aren’t I?

No, not married. But this was on purpose as he is riddled with debt, I’m not.
I didn’t want to take that on.
