I find all relationships hard

Friendships, romantic relationships.
I’m not young. I have children. But I still can’t figure it all out and worry every day what I’m passing on to my children: my insecurities, anxieties, poor attachment and connection issues.
I want a healthy relationship so badly but my kids come first and I can’t even model a good one for them.
Is it possible to fix?

Yes it’s possible to evolve around relationships and attachment 😊 Have you had any therapy? Your earliest experiences and family relationships will be key here, as you are aware I’m sure.

I don't have much advice to give, but I feel the same as you. Neurodivergence plays a big part for me - I've always been like this - as well as family experiences, and current environment (too stressed and tired to do anything well, including relationships). Therapy helps, although the right therapist is crucial I've found.
