No contact thread

So my narcassist/abusive boyfriend of only 6 months (it’s been tough to say the least) ended things with me yesterday. Of course it was my fault, i supposedly have never been faithful (bullshit)

anyway, I want to start a no contact thread to ensure I don’t contact him at all and it would be great to have some support and vice versa!

we spoke today briefly where he dangled a carrot to try and hurt me so no contact starts officially tomorrow.. who’s with me?

Be prepared for him to try and ‘hoover’ you back in. Don’t be tempted! Even bad attention is still attention so they try all sorts. Stay strong!

I think probably best to block him everywhere so he can’t contact you. Otherwise it’s too easy to give in to temptation or look him up online. I wish you fortitude.

Why can't no contract start now?

He just called me to say, his comment yesterday was a joke (I woke up to “if she isn’t texting you good morning she is texting someone else) and he said I thought I’d let you exhaust yourself and now we can squash it

what a psychopath! No contact does start from now, and I do love myself more than to accept this.
