Almost a month since I caught him cheating.
I feel so down. Hes left and gone back to his mums. Ive filed for divorce. I feel so sad our children are now in a broken home and the future we once had has now gone.

Hiya @superplumb so sorry to hear you've been cheated on, it's such a blow isn't it. Have you got real life support? Nows the time to talk to friends and family, it can really help.

Otherwise be kind to yourself and recognise some people are just selfish /arseholes and it's not your fault. It takes time to get over heartbreak.

It's just so bloody hard after decades of being together. Hes still woth her. No doubt he'll cheat on her too. I just hate all this. Having to console my children who miss their awful dad is heartbreaking.
