Does anyone have any experience of non molestation orders please? I had posted this on the legal forum and had no responses.
Applied for non-molestation order on my Ex Husband, the order was granted ‘ex parte’ and a hearing scheduled for him to attend.
He turned up with a barrister, denying and deflecting. A further hearing is scheduled for a couple of weeks time and I feel ill, I feel like I’ve just opened the door to further abuse 😢.
