What sort of relationship do you have with your dad? My dad and I bonded when I was younger, if it was around helping him build something or him helping me with my car etc. He’s of a generation where feelings, emotions weren’t really discussed. He spent most of his life trying to keep my mum happy. Since my mum died he’s closed down and I’m finding it difficult to talk to him about it. Any suggestions?
