Hello

I wonder if anyone can share ideas for date night at home?

Myself and my husband have agreed we are going to have a date night at home every month.
We feel like we have lost ourselves as a couple! I have two older children who spend little time at home and we have a 4 year
Old together

Thanks all!

Our at home date nights usually revolve around steak and red wine. They also include sitting at the table with background music and NO tv - we replace it with lots of conversation.

Get him to cook a juicy steak for you. Find a radio station you like and put it on in the kitchen while he's cooking and have a little dance. Copious wine. Cheeseboard and a film.

Mini Karaoke
boardgames
massage
a bath together

Depends what you like to do.

Some of my favourite date nights with exes were playing video games together. Either co op or against each other.

Or they'd cook whilst I bathed and dressed up and have candle lit meals.

I know you said at home but an evening stroll is always nice, even when cold and all wrapped up. Hold hands and sit in a bench for cuddles.

If you enjoy music, buy a new cd and listen to it together with a takeout.

If you like movies, pick a franchise and work through them all whist sat together in the sofa.

If you like board games, play a different one each date night.

Etc and so on
