He Always seems the perfect man, perfect family man.
Now I’m reading that his wife Deborah had suspicions for last few years.
And feels satisfied that her gut instincts were correct.
Sadly, no different to Joe Average stories we read about on Mumsnet.

Rumours have been rife forever although I'm surprised he has a new girl friend

"Always seems" - of course, we know absolutely nothing about these people and acting is their job! Luckily, they don't really mean anything to us either beyond the roles they play living rent free in our minds.

Poor Deb but she will be as fine as she can be, at least she's financially secure. And she will know the truth of it and has probably seen this coming for some time.

Surely you know that no one's perfect and you have no idea what's going on behind closed doors.

We (the public) have zero idea what their relationship was actually like and why should we - it's not our business.
They divorced.
He is currently dating someone.

I'm surprised it's a girlfriend. That said we have no idea who they are - they play pretend for a living!

Don't believe everything you read. No-one really knows what goes on between two people in a marriage. I think don't judge because you don't really know anything about them.

What a weird post.

He's an actor. You know nothing about his personal life or relationships and it's nobody's business anyway. Why would you expect him to be 'different' from anyone else anyway? Why are you so invested? He's not your friend; he's a hot actor and you don't have to approve of his private life.

He split from his wife. He's now dating someone else. So what? That's normal.

I was disappointed to read he cheated on his wife/mother of his children. I thought he was one of the good ones. Although I’m sure my disappointment in him won’t bother him 😂

Maybe they did (Hugh and Sutton) fall in love when working together but waited for both to be divorced.

Its sad that it appears he cheated but it would be a rare hollywood star who didn't I suppose. I also agree you cannot know what goes on behind closed doors. Some of the couples who have split in recent years really surprised me like Noel Gallagher and his wife Sara, they always looked so loved up in photos and they way he looked at her! Then Jon Richardson and Lucy Beaumont, I thought they were so in love as well and that the bickering was all an act.

Irl the couples who always seemed the most loved up with lots of posts on social media are the ones who have split up so I suppose what you see from the outside can be deceiving.
