Deleted photos

Hello,
I just recently noticed all nude videos/photos of my fiancé has been deleted out of my phone. He would have been the ONLY one who would’ve access to see/delete these photos as he knows my password. My concern is why would he delete them and why would he do so behind my back (more likely while I was sleeping during the night)

Yes. I plan on asking him this afternoon.
And the only reason I have them is because it’s just something he does. He thinks the photos / videos make me smile or put me on an awkward situation when I receive them.

Perhaps if he can be identified in the photos - if his face is visible- he has realised sending nudes was not a sensible thing to do and that's why he has deleted them.. It's handing the recipient a lot of power.

@Morningsky Being identifiably wouldn’t be a concern to him as he would never question me sharing those photos/videos with anyone. I just don’t understand him sneaking into my phone while I was sleeping and deleting them. Never asking me to do so or mentioning he did this. This to me causes trust issues that we don’t have

Well if he really doesn't give a damn who sees the photos there doesn't seem any reason to delete them even if he was thinking of ending the relationship.
It sounds as though he enjoys playing mind games so perhaps deleting the photos/ videos in the sneaky manner you describe is just him messing with your head.

Is he prone to paranoia or a public figure? Does he think or heard you show these pics to someone else? Try and think about the past few days or when he last sent you a pic to when he deleted them if anything happened.
If he were drunk and sobered maybe he regrets them. Or if he suddenly got religious or fears you losing your phone.. i can think of many scenarios but my first was breaking up.

Normal thing to do would be to ask you to delete them.

Agree he's probably going to break up with you and doesn't want you to have that ammo.

If you sent him stuff in return, you should probably try and get him to wipe it.

It sounds ominous to be fair but these are his naked photos so it's probably for the long term best if you don't have them.
