Is my gf a narcissist

my gf seems to struggle taking accountability for her actions and when pulled up on it by me, she will quickly turn it around and find a way to blame me. It’s got to a stage where I don’t feel like there is any point in opening up about issues regarding her, as I never get the desired outcome out of it. Recent example is me saying that to her and her come back to that is, why do you still want tk be with me, why don’t you move on. I responded with I love your amazing parts and I love your flaws too. Her response to that was you don’t even like me, all you do is dig me out. What can I do other than leave lol

You’re not a good match for each other. She knows it. But it sounds like you want to cling on and change her to suit your needs. Stop trying to change her - and leave. Or can you not be on your own?

Ps. if she is a narcissist, the advice is also to leave because you can’t win with narcs.

I’m not trying to change her. Just want to see how she makes me feel sometimes

If it's hard work and your on eggshells than time to move on. It's irrelevant if she is a narcissist or not.
