Hi,
im here to see what other people’s advice might be.
We are together nearly 20 years. We had a massive upheaval 6 years ago but that is in the past now as my most recent counsellor told me.
we have our miracle girl couple of years ago.
I’m seemingly the problem. Not giving enough sex, go to bed too early, everything I do there is something wrong with it.
my Dad passed away on last Xmas, very heartbreaking. First Xmas without him.
last night at 9pm we were home and my husband said to me that his friend asked him to go the pub, I asked him not to cos of it been Xmas Eve. If his friend was still with his wife, he would have been at home with her and there kids Xmas Eve (they are spilt up a few years). Anyways, he headed off to the pub and wasn’t home till after 1am!!
i can’t look at him today. Am I the problem?

No - but maybe neither of you are the problem. Maybe it's a relationship that has simply run its course. It doesn't have to be anyone's fault, sometimes things just are.

How much parenting does this self absorbed arse do?

I’m not sure how to reply to a reply. He wouldn’t be the best, but he wouldn’t be the worst.. he says it’s my job. I wanted to stay at home with our little one for a few years

Maybe it's a relationship that has simply run its course. No one should stay in a relationship if they're unhappy irrelevant if they're have kids or not.
