A year ago I split from my ex, after almost 20 years. I am mid 40ies, teenage kids.
I have loved learning and discovering who I am, what I enjoy, rediscovering myself really.
I found the love of dancing again and dance a lot, at home. I spend time with friends and on my own.

I would love to have great sex again, it’s been years. I am not sure how to go about finding it. There’s a potential FWB, not sure if it will happen though.

I don’t yet want a serious relationship, the last one cost me too much.

@Heartofgold8019 well the problem was that he wanted more - he started thinking we could turn our situation into something more serious. I knew I didn't want that, I had always been clear on no marriage, step fathers, cohabiting etc.

Shame. The sex was the best I have ever had. At least I have the memories!
