Support thread - the challenges of the festive period/NY

Thought I’d start a thread as I know there have been similar in the past. Thought this could be a support thread for those of us in unhappy relationships or marriages as we navigate the festive period.

I am not in a position to separate due to finances and fear over custody being granted in DH’s favour.

Thanks. Have some of dh’s family visiting. They arrive in an hour and don’t leave until after dinner 27 Dec. I’m over it already and wish we were not hosting.
