I've struggled with mental health for the last 5 years, none of my friends have been supportive or tried to understand how severe my social anxiety has become. I feel like I've burned all bridges...but there's no way forward because I just can't change like that..I need support. They don't support me they judge me. Anyone else experience this?

How old are you and what support do you want from them?

Are you getting any professional help? Friends can't help with things like this.
I have a friend with fear of flying, and honestly, I can't help her. She is getting therapy for it.
