Does relationship counselling help?

Just that really… can it help a failing marriage? No infidelty and still love each other.

If you are both open to listening to what the counsellor has to say, both go to more than one session, and both do the work they will give you at home to improve your relationship - then yes, it can 100% work.

I tried it, my DH didn't come. At the end of my session the counsellor asked why I was still married. So yes it helped me leave.
