Mother has always been recognised as primary carer.
Dad has had long period of supervised contact slowly stepped to unsupervised.
Started 1 night of overnights and this broke down as DD struggled.
Final hearing approaching.
Mum offering a proposal of stepped contact leading to EOW Friday to Sunday and half the holidays as a final order.
Dad wants shared care.
Domestic abuse allegations proved in court.
Child abuse allegations proved in court.
Mums contact proposal is based on reducing conflict between parents as handovers take place at school and providing consistency and routine.
Dad wants shared care but this has never been DDs reality.

What are the chances?
