24 hour numbers? Need to talk

Haven't slept properly for days, I just need to talk to someone. Difficult separation, finances making me lose sleep. Not Samaritins as feeling low but not suicidal. Not WomensAid as although there are aspects, I don't think it's the right place as he's not abusive, just very borderline. Is there such a thing as a 24 hour counseling helpline for women. I've had a tight chest all evening, I know it's emotional. I'm just at the end of whwt I've been able to cope with.

I’m here if you want to chat.

Samaritans are there to listen and support not advise, and you don’t have to be suicidal. Someone real close to me had a gambling problem and was really down and I felt helpless so I called them and they listed and just had a good chat. You can call them. They are there for you.
Hope your chest eases up, just the call might make you get a grasp on your next step and taking things easy for yourself, one thing at a time

I'm here - tight chest feeling and lack of sleep is horrendous (suffer with these myself), shout if you need to - I'm listening x

Most people who call Samaritans are not suicidal, so please do contact them. They will simply listen and be non-judgmental.
