What is this? Found a load of these disposable sticks in a tube at the back of a bathroom drawer?

Hello, I found these weird sticks with blue loops at the end - they go clear when run under water. Can anyone shed any light on this?

These aren't used for genital warts, people have pulled that out of random thin air. These are commonly for basic standard wart most the population get at some point usually on the hands or feet.
