Married less that a year.
At present I am not considering divorce, I don't believe annulment is applicable.
If we make a joint application and don't make financial or child arrangements (ie tick the 'no' box) I assume we can then be treated as separate people. I will not be liable for husband's debts and he can claim UC as an individual.
I can't seem to find the right information online. If you have any knowledge or experience of this I'd be very grateful to hear it.
