Co parenting schedules for shift workers
Can you give me an example of your schedules if you or your coparent works shifts?
Are you flexible and change the days each week depending on work patterns that week or does the shift parent have set days and if they can’t do those days due to working, then it’s their responsibility to get childcare etc.
