Leaving my role very soon. Staff member sent an all staff email regarding me leaving. Told me to delete ir bur of course. I looked. In that email it stated that i am “moving onto pastures new, not any better, just new and different”
Quite frankly this hurt me. Because Ive worked really hard to get this role elsewhere and now all the staff are probably thinking “shes going from one piece of shit to another”
Another thing they did earlier in the week was, when I was asked to be in the new employee prospectus picture. She said “oh yes i was also asked earlier. I was told how put together my outfits always look amazing”
it just makes everything feel like a competition.
