Would you avoid speaking to someone at your work despite claiming you are in love with them.

My friend had a brief fling with this guy and certain circumstances meant they ended it briefly before hooking up once more again.

However since this has happened he has been saying how in love with her he is and how he has always been in love with her, always had a crush on her etc he even said that he would buy a bigger house for them to move into together. All this is lovely, but she has noticed that when she visits the pub he works at, he always ignores her.

She said he barely speaks to her and will not make eye contact all and will not look at her when he walks past. He says that this is because he ex also works at the same pub and he doesnt want anyone to figure out that they are seeing each other or were seeing each other as he doesnt want it to be awkward. He claims this is due to the fact that her ex told him (the new guy) that he was still in love with her before they hooked up and so he feels awks.

I personally think this is a bit love bomby and wanted to see what others thought.

Interestingly a girl who he just had a ONS with and nothing more is someone who he always makes the effort to speak to when she is at the pub.

I don't play mind games like that so I'd advise your friend to not frequent that pub and ignore any messages from now on.

I wouldn’t let a man treat me like I am invisible. Words are cheap.
I think he’s still with the other woman or someone else.

Well, he is a write off

Who in their right mind wants to be involved with this juvenile idiot?

If you hadn't mentioned he works in a bar I would have thought he was 12.

I have more self respect than letting anyone treat me like that
