We want a regular weeknight activity to do that isn’t just going out for dinner. I would love to play pickleball or something like that but there is nowhere locally. Not ballroom dancing 🤣 and I don’t really want it to involve anyone else. Do you do something?!

What is pickleball?

i don’t really understand your question. Do you mean you don’t want to join a walking club or team sport as other people are there? But you do want an activity that involves you both being a couple?

Regardless, Find out what is on within travel distance that you both would enjoy and do that.

Axe throwing?

It's hard without knowing what you're into but the possibilities are endless: badminton, hiking, pottery, board games, gym, swimming, couch to 5k or a running event depending on your fitness...

We both love exercising separately so something like badminton or other two person sport might be good.
@neverstartingstory Pickleball - also called Padel I think - is like tennis on a smaller court. There’s nowhere locally that offers it but my friends in other towns are obsessed!
The point of my question is to find ideas and also to see what other couples do together, if anything.

Golf? Could go crazy golf, top golf or a driving range? Any sort of 2 player game is a good shout too, but it seems like you're more interested in a joint exercise. I agree badminton might be a good choice. Or tennis?
