Found a phone number-opinions

Looking for old contact number and found a number with no name right at end of list of contacts on main household computer which oh mainly uses but neither of us much.
Investigated and now know belongs to attractive lady
Opinions should I be worried.
Don't want to ask oh in case nothing.

I'd just ask.

Do you trust your OH?

Do you know who the woman is? Put the number in his phone and see if it's stored

Would you be less concerned if she wasn't attractive?

Why would it be on the computer?

If it's nothing, asking who it is shouldn't be a problem

Is she friends with your Dh on Facebook? If they have friends in common might explain how they know one another perhaps? Colleagues etc?

So why don't you have access to his phone? I thought that was the price one pays after straying.

I have a few numbers like that in my phone, one is someone who came to quote for some painting work but we went with someone else, one is a lady who has steam cleaned our sofa and carpets (I know it's her by the photo), one is a temporary number my dad had when he drowned his phone and locked himself out of his mobile account so it took a week to order a new SIM, there are probably a few more.
I wouldn't jump to conclusions, but I guess the cheating context is what takes you there straight away. Can you reverse image search her?

I would pretend my phone had run out of battery and ask to use his. See his reaction.

I think they might be other mums I met in the park and got chatting. No idea because I never wrote the names down. Some are from a networking work thing I went to. At least one is my mum's temporary number a while back.

So if my DH asked me I'd have to say no idea and that would be that. We trust each other though.

Just ask.

Why be cagey about it though? If there is something specific you want answering, ask a specific question.

@chocolateb, if he previously showed wayward behavior, what sort of recovery requirements did you set for reconciliation and the restoration of your trust? Among other things, it’s standard to require open access to all his devices and statements and a willingness to be transparent.

I am troubled that you have no access and are hesitant to inquire about this woman.

Ring the number and try and convince the 'attractive lady' to have some foam insulation sprayed into her loft .

With a bit if luck she will block your number and OH will never be able to ring her again!
