ok to start off I have a the same job the last 20 years.. my child’s father does not have a job which I have no problems with as he has issues with housing that means he can’t get full time work..
anywho we are constantly arguing about him taking the child when I’m going to work.
iv had to change my hours to evening work as I can’t depend on the child’s father and now I’m getting help from family while I work.
long story short but iv ended the relationship as I don’t feel like he is helping as much as a father should, but his rebuttal is that if we had set days that would suit him. As im in retail I don’t think set days would work as I could need help on other days.. iv said that if we could try and communicate earlier on in the week of when I would need his help then surely if he isn’t genuinely busy then helping taking care of the child should be a priority..
help me out guys!! I don’t think I’m asking for too much 🙈
