This is probably going to sound silly but I’m 34 - never been married and no children.
My last serious relationship was 2 years ago and it was abusive. I’ve dated since then by dating apps etc but just haven’t met anyone I’ve clicked with.

I’m terrified that I’m never going to meet anyone decent and time isn’t slowing down.

does anyone have any tips on how to meet people without going online ? I’m not a massive drinker or partier so I don’t meet people that way.

Join or sign up for any clubs/activities in your local area that interest you - ideally ones that will likely have a decent number of male members. Walking groups or books clubs, that sort of thing.

Volunteer for any local charities if you have spare time.

There's also an app called Meetup that's also popular with a lot of people and is apparently great for making new friends etc without the immediate pressure you encounter with dating apps.

I am sorry you are feeling like this. The poster above gives good advice. I wouldn't write online off entirely though. From my experience of online dating in my 30s, there are still some good people out there! Wishing you all the best.
