So long story short a recent works trips to marbella some work colleagues had sex and all parties involved have husbands/wife's and children at home I find it utterly disgraceful and feel like the other half's should be made aware

Other peoples lack of morals is quite honestly not your business. I would say nothing as nothing good will come of you being the messenger but would not go away with them again.

They may have open relationships. They may be in loveless marriages and together for the kids. They may just be twats. I'd feel the ick with them as people from now on and make it known. But I don't think I'd take it upon myself to inform people's partners. None of my business what goes on in their lives.

As it’s work colleagues rather than friends I wouldnt involve myself in telling their partners but I would distance myself as much as possible and make it very clear why

This is a tough one because if my partner cheated on me I would want to know, even if the person who delivered the news was someone I barely knew. But then again, it's messy getting involved in other people's marriages, even if your intentions are good.
