Hi nc due to how embarrassing this is.
I'm a married mum of 3 and I can't stop thinking about a man I barely know. I only see him once a week at a shared hobby and we make small talk. I would never cheat on my husband nor do I want to especially with a married man.
Why I'm I thinking about him? if I'm honest it's mostly sexy thoughts

I just think that's a completely normal thing to happen.

I guess it would only worry me if my marriage/relationship was in difficultly and I wanted an excuse to get out?

If her husband has any emotional intelligence whatsoever, he would keep these thoughts to himself. Being married to someone does not give you the right to know every single thought in your spouse's mind, and so long as he isn't acting on them, he isn't doing anything wrong.

I disagree. Fantasising like that about other people is emotionally checking out of a marriage.

R.e OP the thoughts and fantasies are just that, explore and enjoy them. It natural that we are attracted to people. However if allowing yourself to fully indulge in those fantasies alone doesn't quash them in a short space of time then that suggests you have some unresolved feelings or misgivings in relation to your marriage. If that is the case you need to be honest with yourself and sit down and think about why. Talk it through with someone, then if you need to discuss with your husband how you move forward. But don't ignore it dismiss feelings.
