Hi, I know nothing of divorce etc
I know of someone that got divorced 3 years ago - it seems her husband managed to walk away with the bulk - my friend still seems emotional so I can only imagine what her mindset was like during the divorce proceedings.
Can divorce settlements be looked at retrospectively?
Anyone, know a good solicitor that has helped women get justice after a divorce has been finalised?
