Been at current job 10 months. It's been constant upheaval with management to be honest. On our second manager and 3rd assistant manager and for a chunk in the middle we had regional manager step in.
I used to love my days. Love my shifts. Feel happy. But 3 months ago the latest manager came in and somehow she's created the most cliquey atmosphere. She's all talk. She gets you to speak to her,promises stuff then let's you down. Recently 3 of us reported a woman who was breaking confidentiality and doing some dodgy things. She quoted us when she pulled her up so she knew who had reported her. No matter what she does she's never sacked. She posts memes allover Facebook tagging half the staff to cause divide. I work my first shift with this lot and I'm finding myself dreading my first shift every week.
It is making me u happy and there's no new jobs available although I am looking? Advice please x
