have you since met someone else or are you still single?

I decided to split from H about 2 years ago, but it's taken a while to get a job (and we are still trying to sell our house), our divorce is in progress.

Two year ago I was adamant that I never wanted another man in my life, but I really miss a cuddle, dates, someone caring for me, so now I'm thinking it might be nice.

I however think, that although I'm a catch ;) I'm old...

So if you did meet someone how did you? and are they older / younger? How long did you wait to jump in?

Or if you are still alone how is it? And what are you doing to fill that space?

I'm childless but have pets - so won't have grandchildren to fill my time.

I think DF was 57 when he met his partner who was 47. They met on a dating website. She wasn't very hopeful as it was slim picking and DF didn't have a photo but they got on so well and that moved onto telephone calls. When he eventually shared a photo she wasn't taken but agreed to meet and rest is history. It was and has been quite nice to see.
