Anyone else need to concentrate to orgasm?

I can orgasm by myself pretty quickly. It always takes me much longer if I'm with a partner, whether it's my hand or his mouth. I really need consistent motions and I have to concentrate. My partner wants to kiss me, fiddle with my boobs etc and I wish he wouldn't because it's distracting. I get that it would be boring for him otherwise, but I just wondered if anyone else needs to concentrate?

It depends what part of my cycle I'm in, but yes, I normally sort of 'freeze' for a minute or so before coming. I just need to focus on the sensations with no distractions 😂

Yes me too. And it does nothing for me, the boob fiddling. Waste of time. I wish men didn't even think we enjoyed it.
