nearly 3 weeks ago I found my h having an affair. (Well my kids found him and had to tell me, awful).

im really worried about money.

I’ve been a SAHM for 19 years. H worked 70 hour week. We’ve got 3 kids (older) and my youngest has massive severe health issues.

H was a high earner.

im not looking to fleece him, im a fair kinda girl. But ultimately I want to know what my future holds.

what can I expect to get from a financial settlement?

You need to see a solicitor to find out, but I’m sure you know that 50:50 is the starting point. But you will be expected to work.
Do you have your own bank account, with any child benefit paid into it?
Dont be too nice about this, you need to financially support yourself for the rest of your life, when you thought you’d be in a marriage.
