Anyone else get moody ON their period?

I know that we as women typically get moody and hormonal before our period actually starts but I find some months I get down and moody and so so so angry at my husband when I’m actually on my period. I’m on day 3 and we’re meant to go away for a night away with the kids tonight and I am considering cancelling it because I’m so so moody and can’t even look at my husband without getting cross. Does anyone else experience this?

Yes I do. But with my wife it stretches a bit longer, a couple of weeks before to a couple of weeks after, intensifying over the actual 3 or 4 days.

Your wife sounds like me! 😂

OP- I’m super ragey on my period.

Today is the first completely clear day after finishing, and I feel normal. Will last a week or so until I then start getting ovulation symptoms, then another week or so of normal-ish before rage/tears/extreme highs and lows of pms.

Honestly, sucks being a woman sometimes.
