Hi, don't want to talk about reasons but I would like to get a divorce, I have 2 children 9 and 11, we have a buy to let property and the family home, I know my husband will not leave the family home as he's quite selfish, what are first steps and how do I begin? I don't want it to be awful but dont want to stay married to him anymore, thanks
