Match.com meet ups

I'm 48, separated but still living with ex (don't ask) and recently ended a 3 year situationship with a manchild who was ok company but chronically immature. I tried logging back on to Hinge, Tinder and Bumble and was depressed by the options so logged off again. I then found out that Match.com does face-to face events and that piqued my interest as it's not OLD. That said, I once tried speed dating and, as one of the women I got chatting to said, it was like an episode of The Undateables 😂. Anyone got any experience with Match.com in person meet ups?

I wouldn't bother shelling out for Match. There are single events if you take a look on Meetup.com you might find some. Take a look at the local paper, they'll advertise local events. You could also try Eventbrite and the usual free sites do single events.

Meetup is a better option

Did speed dating a few times. One date and nothing else. Found it to be worse value than Bumble etc..
