Mediation meeting

Have posted this in the work category, but not sure how much traffic it gets, so posting here.

Could anyone tell me if I am allowed to see the report/recommendation from the above meeting? I feel it is being withheld.

We're probably not the right people to ask. Ask the mediation chair if you can see it - no harm in that.

I wouldn't mention about you thinking it was being witheld, i would just ask the question and stick very much to facts - i am sure they will release notes when ready.
Generally for people chairing these things it's just another day in the office and not as meaningful to them as it will be to you.
