Hi
we own house as tenants in common with his share being 20% on the title deeds

however what he actually put into the house was 12%. Rest of money is mine and my relarive. My relative said he let him put 20% as “good gesture “

husband would like me to buy him out before filing for divorce and that means giving him all my savings (50k)

he said if I don’t give him the 20% or I try to be awkward he can claim 50% but I don’t think that’s correct ..

ideally I want him to move out but he refuses

he knows I have a university course starting in September which is 45 min away and I would like to buy or rent near there but he refuses to rent this house out.

I just want rid of him he records me and the environment is toxic gaslighting and emotional abuse

You’ve been asking variations on this question repeatedly for weeks now: the answer is the same as it’s been every time, that you need to see a solicitor.
