Why boyfriend delete chat messages

I had a boyfriend we've been for a years he didn't know I can open his messenger. I saw messages their from other girls...what I'm wondering why he deleted my messages while other girls are not? Anyone can explain this?

So he has their contact details if he needs them I would assume.

Stop opening his messages and mind your own business.

not sure... is boyfriend current or an ex? if he's an ex why are you still checking his messages? if he's current.. same question applies?

need a bit more information but general rule of thumb, if you don't like what your going to find, don't go looking

She is entitled to ask the question without someone being gratuitously dismissive of her.

I don't know the answer to OPs question. but I would actually be quite interested if someone could suggest a reason.

And if you are not interested/ don't know the answer why bother putting up such a disdainful comment?
