Am I wrong

I have a husband of many years who does work hard but doesn't really do much around the house. I also work and do the majority of everything which I get on with. We recently returned from a holiday and he has come home with a cold. The whole week I have, worked, cooked, cleaned, shopped washed and looked after the children and he's been man fluing it up on the sofa or in bed. I'm feeling tired this morning but cracked on with a full house clean etc, he's go up late, (he managed to have a bottle of wine last night) and plonked himself on the sofa. I've probably vented at him which gets his back up and he's said so many nasty things. I know I should have just said it's been a tiring week but it came out wrong, called him lazy etc. He's said some really nasty things towards me and so that's where we are at. Am I being unreasonable? I have done 90% of the family jobs, for a long time now but I also work! Feel it's all unappreciated and his cold has just topped it off this week!
